I. Responsibilities

  • - Support issues and record software faults reported by end users.
  • - Live chat support for consumers experiencing software-related issues.
  • - Creating user guides.
  • - End-user support.

II. Qualifications

  • - Male
  • - Graduated from a university/college with a degree in information technology.
  • - Understand REST API and be able to test API using POSTMAN.
  • - Understanding of computer networks, including Lan, Proxy, VPN, and VPS.
  • - Understanding of frontend website structure is required (html, css, xpath, selector...).
  • - Can use simple commands to troubleshoot problems and assist consumers.
  • - The ability to read basic code and grasp the functionality of functions.
  • - The ability to coach or instruct others on how to use
  • - A strong desire to learn and a strong feeling of responsibility at work.
  • - Puppeteer experience is preferred.
  • - At least one year of experience in software support is preferred.
