I. Responsibilities

  • 1. Search and interact with customers
  • - 80% find and exploit clients with needs through groups to approach and consult the company's products and services.
  • - 20% receive potential customer data from Marketing for consulting software use.
  • 2. Sales consultant
  • - Introducing products / services / outstanding features of the software.
  • - Preliminary consultation, scheduling face-to-face consultations, and demonstrating software to potential clients. Persuading clients to agree to a complete assessment of demands, making a solution proposal, and implementing a solution that is appropriate for the current circumstances of customers and enterprises.
  • - Help with negotiating bids, contracts, and service contract signing procedures.
  • 3. Customer Servicce
  • - Maintain customer relationships before, during, and after the sale.

  • - Basic salary: $320 - $500 (Average income $500- $1000)
  • - Bonus commission: 5% - 10% sales

  • - Participate in internal and external company training courses.

III. Qualifications

  • - Male/ Female
  • - Graduated from college or university with a major in business or marketing.
  • - Good voice, energetic, and without a regional accent.
  • - Passionate about business and eager to learn about marketing, taking the initiative at work.
  • - Ability to communicate confidently, negotiation skills, and customer exchange
  • - Excellent project management and planning abilities
  • - Candidates with experience in sales/consulting or working in IT and software firms will have a significant advantage.
  • - Have basic office computer skills / Microsoft Office
